Im getting an error message that doesn't seem right - the Quebec LogiRenov Program should be accepting my contract date of November 08 2014

I have the same problem.  The software seems to have the dates incorrect.  According to Revenu Quebec: The renovation work must have been done by a qualified contractor under a contract entered into after April 24, 2014, and before July 1, 2015.
