In 2021 in lived ony in France but worked for a Candian employer from January to June. Then I worked for a French employer since July. Should I declare my French income ?

For the information your provided, you should be considered a non-resident. (If you live in another country and do not have significant residential ties to Canada, you are likely considered a non-resident for tax purposes.)

Therefore, as a non-resident, you do not have to report foreign income to the Canada Revenue Agency(CRA) and only have to file an income tax return in Canada if you have Canadian income such as pension payments or capital gains due to property disposal.
