In the detailed tax summary box 207 is showing $3500.00 whereas box 32 on the T4A is $3228.56, and has been input correctly. Why is box 207 not showing $3228.56?

If you used Auto-fill or Turbotax last year you may have unused RRSP contributions from previous years. You can check it on Schedule 7, if Schedule 7 is reflecting an incorrect amount please call us, you can find the information here:
