Am retired and receive a T4A slip with an amount in Box 028 in regards to Legal Services Plan Benefit. Now the program is asking for business name. How do I fix this?

In the T4A, Box 28 allows entry in 2 fields. other Income, and Childcare Centre Gov't grant. The Childcare field should be entered in the T2125 Business forms. Make sure your amount is entered in the Other Income field. Does that make a difference?
