Income from dividends - i enter $45402.09 in dividends without slip section - but in the summary it shows up as over 62000.00 why is this?

Your dividends are "grossed up" by 1.38. So when you report the "Actual Amount of Dividends", they are multiplied by 1.38 and the "Taxable Amount of Dividends" show up on Line 120 of your tax return.
