Is Amazon FBA considered as a permanent establishment for income tax knowing that Amazon orders fulfilled from Amazon warehouses in different provinces?

I have a federal corporation with physical presence in Ontario. We do sell products through Amazon FBA and our products are fulfilled by Amazon from their warehouses located in different provinces. In this case, is Amazon considered as an permanent establishment for income tax purposes and our business considered as Multiple Jurisdictions for T2?

If yes, do we still need to file schedule 5 if the corporate has net losses?
