Is "CRA My Account" the same as "My Service Canada Account"?

These are different services from each of two Federal government agencies.

CRA provides tax information.
Service Canada deals with EI CPP OAS and other services.

Although each can be accessed separately with your own login, it is now
possible to login to one service then switch to the other without a new login.

If you have "My Account" set up with CRA online, you can change your address from your account:

• sign in your account
• on the right-hand-side menu under "Related services": click on "Change my address and phone number"

If you don't have "My account" set up, you can call CRA at 1800-959-8281
