Is there an issue with online activation? I have no issues to wait a day or so to try again but have been on hold over an hour pretty sure it is a ghost line

Yes, I'm sorry we are experiencing issues with activations at the moment. Our team is working quickly to get this resolved. I will post back when it's resolved. Extremely sorry for the inconvenience!

I've been trying for 2 days. Thought was able to pay fee to file by credit card but still got hung up and not able to go to netfile
