Try clearing you cache, or using a different browser (Chrome, Edge).

I’m getting the same problem and have tried multiple browsers as well as multiple computers. I’ve even tried using a MacBook and the same issue. I can only conclude it’s a “TurboTax” issue.
So I figured out how to resolve this problem. After all the cash clearing, different browsers, trying at different times of the day to download none of it worked... what did work was to start a new return. Just going step by step till it came to the download of my information. At that point it asked if I wanted to retrieve my info from CRA. And when I said yes it just worked...
