It is not allowing me to print my tax return saying I need to update by going to help and selecting update. When I go to help, there is no update option. How do I update?

Are you trying to print a return for the 2017 tax year? You can't print your return because the forms have not yet been certified by the CRA for filing for the 2017 tax year.

You'll be able to update your installation of TurboTax, print (and file) your 2017 tax return in roughly a couple of weeks. 

I have the same problem as of 23/01/18  are the forms still not certified?

I am unable to print as well - I’m using the online version. It says forms will be certified by mid January but it’s Jan 23 and the CRA website has the full package for tax returns uploaded already. What date can we expect to print the return?

We're working closely with the CRA and are optimistic that we'll be certified for printing very soon. Our next planned product update is next Wednesday (Jan 31).
