It says I am not eligible to use Netfile but I can't find any reason why on the list of restrictions. Is it possible TurbroTax is wrong and how can I get around this? TY!

If this is your first time completing a Canadian income tax return you will need to click on print and mail- to mail your return.

If you have completed a Canadian income tax return in the past, then it is possible that you accidentally answered the question wrong- when it asked if you have completed a tax return through CRA. Please return to your "Personal information" section and verify that you answered the question correctly.
