MY 20`18 TurboTax program keeps closing down (and losing my most recent inputs). What are the most likely reasons for this instability?

Well there could be a few factors at play here, but the most likely one would be you do not have the updates installed with the most recent version of TurboTax, which can be accessed below:

Or alternately, you have loaded a glitched TurboTax link, which instructions on how to fix that are also on that same page at the bottom click on the link "I've tried different ways to update......"
