My 2016 taxes Are already filed using windows & Turbo tax 2016 along with my wife's. Can I access this information here on my i-phone?

If you prepared your taxes using the CD/Download edition, your tax return files were saved on your computer. They're not accessible online.

If you prepared your returns in TurboTax Online, you can sign in to TurboTax Online to access your info. You can sign into TurboTax Online from almost any device that runs a web browser, although TurboTax Online isn't technically mobile responsive.
