My brother in Manitoba bought his turbo tax on line and you have sent him the american one - can you correct it

It sounds like he may have purchased from TurboTax.com instead of TurboTax.ca? If that's the case, he'll need to contact the US TurboTax Support to get a refund as he purchased the US product: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
