. My daughter did not have a job or earn any other income. Does she still have to claim an income tax form in order to transfer her tuition amount?
I want to claim my daughter's tuition on my husband's and my income tax for 2017. We have been stopped by turbo tax advising that the values can be found on my daughters income tax form. My daughter had no income last year so she is not submitting a form. Can we still claim her tuition?

Your daughter needs to prepare and file a return to be able to transfer unused tuition amounts to you.
Consider our TurboTax Free edition if she has an otherwise simple return.
