My hard drive crashed without back up.I registered with intuit in 2016, am I able to retrieve my 2015 files and bring forward to your 2016 Tax program?
Lost all files of Turbo tax of 2015.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your data or backups of your files prepared in TurboTax CD/Download versions of TurboTax.
