My laptop got wet and I was able to retrieve all my u.tax2013. However, I don't have the cd or product code to download . what can I do?

Any ideas how I can get a new cd and product code without purchasing a new one?

You can contact TurboTax Support and they'll look up your file and re-send your Installation Key Code.

Then you can go here and download the product again: https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/turbotax/en-ca/faqs/Download-links-for-installing-TurboTax/INF150...

You can contact TurboTax Support and they'll look up your file and re-send your Installation Key Code.
