    My login to the answer xchange works, but iTurbotax does not recognize the user name when I try to log in to finish my taxes.

    Please make sure that you are logging into the correct account. If you have another email address, perhaps the account you are looking for is associated with that one instead of the one that you are trying with? https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2648026
