My spouse received a T4A with of 3K in box 020 (self-employed comm.) for cleaning a small home based business. Why is she being taxed 11K by Turbo?

That amount indicates there's an entry error on the return. Please revisit her return and double check the entries for the T4A screen looking for a misplaced decimal or entry in an incorrect box.

There was no entry error...anything else i should look for?
