How can I get my AGI number from last year and locked out of account because phone number and e-mail has changed. I put in request to recovery, but the e-mail keeps stating that I don't have correct information and that is not true same address used last year is the same address on my Drivers License so pissed!!!!!
If you are unable to recover your TurboTax account you can obtain a free Tax Transcript from the IRS to view your AGI. You can normally obtain it the same day.
