Need to reinstall 2024 turbo tax on new computer but no longer have licence code?

If you used TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked to login to your TurboTax/Intuit account when you install the software. If you login to the same account that you used when you first got the code, the code should be listed and you just have to choose it.

 

I changed computers & need to reinstall Turbotax 2024. The original Licence code will not work 

I clicked on the original licence code but it says it is not valid

@Sandymck1348 Is this a retail or direct purchase from Intuit? Your profile indicates that you used an online version until tax year 2023. However, I was unable to locate any information for tax year 2024 with your current email.

This was a retail version purchased at Costco. Standard 2024

@Sandymck1348 Unfortunately, we do not have access to your license code on our end that was purchased from a third party.

If that doesn't work, you can call customer support with proof of purchase (receipt) at 1-888-829-8608.

They are open from 9 AM to midnight ET for English support so they can assist you.
