My husband doesn't have CRA account but already made the Tax return by Netfile do i need to send any copy to prove my husband tax return ?

No, the CRA already has it, if you have successfully Netfiled your return. But I would suggest your husband set up his MyCRA account, to be able to access his tax return and credit given by the government if any and other aspects of his personal information with the CRA.
