Online to download

I mistakenly bought  the Online version from a store rather than the Download version. If I open the box and enter the codes can I switch to Download?

Unfortunately, the TurboTax Online codes only work with the online products, and the CD/Download codes only work with the CD/Download products. 

Please contact our phone support for a refund on Online codes you purchased.
