I was forced to pay but nothing changed!

Following up with my last post about being forced to pay, someone answered saying I would have to pay the fee and get a refund afterwards, otherwise I would have to start a new account. So I paid the fee (even though it should have been free, since i'm doing all of the work myself) but when I try to move past the "Pay and prepare to file" page, it keeps redirecting me to it. I already paid and don't want to double charge the credit card i used, how long do I have to wait after applying my credit info, before I can continue? 

Probably the last time I will use Turbotax, it wasn't this complicated or "scammy" last year.
