Mac user here, unfortunately I wasn't aware that the product isn't Mac compatible therefore the download is of no use to me. I have submitted 4 refund requests without any updates from Intuit. Customer care is impossible so I am resorting to the community for assistance as this has become a battle. Why does this take so incredibly long to solve?
Can you please advise if you made your purchase directly from TurboTax - online or did you purchase in-store? If directly from TurboTax can you please confirm that your email address associated with this account is still active so that we may reach you? Please answer with a simple Yes or No.
