How can I adjust my 2023 tax return after filing by mail option?

You can send in a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request which you can download from the CRA: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/forms/t1-adj.html

Is the same Adjustment form am going to adjust for Quebec or Quebec has it own form for adjust.

For Quebec you would use TP-1.R-V, which can find here: https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/online-services/forms-and-publications/current-details/tp-1-r-v/
