Can i get my NOA for 2019 from turbotax or have to login to CRA ?

You will need to log in to your CRA "My Account" to get your Notice of Assessment from CRA.

I requested NOA for both my husband and myself to be sent as paper documents.  CRA refuses to accept PWs for individual accounts.  Apparently I can get the NOA from Turbotax, how do I do this?

If you can't log into your "MY CRA Account", I would suggest that you contact them by phone as they can then give you a temporary password to get into your account and you can print your NOA from there or if there is something specific you'd like off of it they may be able to give you the information.
