When using TurboTax free you do not have access to any forms. You do not have to pay the $11.99 these are the steps to take to enter your Digital News Subscription:
Sign in to your TurboTax return
On the left-hand side click on Deductions
Then click on Payment Profile
Check off the box beside - NEW! Paid for digital news subscription
