There are times when you are not eligible to use NetFile - or get an error code will appear and advise of what the error is that needs to be corrected in order to NetFile your return.
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has some restrictions regarding who can use the NETFILE service.
I am trying to netfile my personal income tax. I get an error message indicating I declared bankruptcy.. I have spoken to a CRA agent. She indicated my records are in order. I believe there is an issue with the software. How can the problem be fixed?
