If you are using TurboTax Online Free, choose Review>Warnings/Errors from the left side menu. Review your warnings, and then click on “Done With Warnings”. Then on the Errors page, review your errors. There should be one that says “You must confirm that you have no income.”. Click the Fix button next to it. Then select YES when it asks if your income is zero. Click continue to save your changes. Once you have fix all your errors, you’ll be able to continue through to the Filing Hub to try to NETFILE again.
