How do I correct the following error, "You have used the same business statement to report self-employment earnings from a T4 slip and other self-employment earnings. "?

If you have Self-Employment income reported on a t-slip, as well as Self-Employment income not on a slip, you’ll need to fill out a business statement for each. So one for your T4 amount, and one for your other income.

To get to the self-employment section, click on the “Find” icon in the top right and search for “Self”. Select “Self-Employment” and then click the “Go” button.
