It depends on what your expenses were. For example, if you had automobile expenses, then you would need a T2200 from both jobs, if they both required you to use your own car.
TurboTax will only let you use one method of claiming your employment expenses - T2200, Detailed Method (T2200(S)) or the flat rate. If you have more than one form, you would need to combine the expenses onto one. Ex: If you have both a T2200 and a T2200(s), you would need to combine the expenses onto the T2200.
