I am filing a formal complaint regarding an accidental $60.00 (+tax) charge for "TurboTax Premium Bundle Primary 2025" on March 12, 2026. I followed a moderator's advice to pay first and submit a Refund Request form. However, I have submitted the form TWICE and received no response. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable. Order Details: (Date: 12-03-26) Refund: $60.00 + tax (to Mastercard ending in 8244) Please escalate this to a supervisor and process my refund immediately. I expect a resolution within 48 hours.
