transfer from 2021. can sign into 2021 web site, but from the 2022 web site it just loops even after clearing cache

Our product development teams are aware of an issue with not being able to carry forward prior years’ tax information to a new return. They are working on resolving this issue and will have it resolved ASAP.

The issue has been resolved. You should now be able to transfer your 2021 TurboTax Online return into 2022. Thank you for your patience.
