I did not get a T4A for the death benefit of $2500 for my dads funeral expenses. The check was made out to me and/or his estate. If I didn't get aT4A how do I claim it?

You may not have received the T4A(P) slip for the CPP Death Benefit if the benefit was not applied for or issued in 2019. This happens often that the benefit is issued to the Estate or Beneficiary in the following year after death.
