I did some self-employed nannying work last year and I'm not sure where to claim my income? I made just over $3500 but I don't have many expenses to claim.

Can I put it under casual labor?

If you exceed $3,500 in gross income, you must report this as self-employment income and fill out a T2125 (Statement of Business or Professional Activities).

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), if your net income exceeds $3,500, you will have to pay CPP contributions on it.
