    I have an amount listed on my T4A that does not have a numbered box beside it so where do i put the amount?

    I have an amount listed on my T4A that does not have a numbered box beside it so where do i put the amount?

    You will need to contact the company or organization that issued you the slip to get a corrected one. 

     

    You may also be able to find the box number by logging into the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)’s My Account service.
