I noticed I was double billed this month for TurboTax, and then checked 2019, also double billed, and worse in 2018 I was billed three times. When I tried to check my account online the I get server exception report below. The multiple billing problem seems to never go away and I'd like to cancel my account and be refunded for the three years of overcharges (6 x $31.23).  Will this ever get fixed?

I have been doubled billed for my 2019 tax return.  I Paid for the return in Feb 2020 and was charged again today.  Please contact me to sort this issue out.

Hello. I did my taxes on Sunday and used the basic service and was charged double the amount. The charge on my CC was 41.98. I assumed that I was paying for mine and my wife’s(seperate returns) but I put hers through an hour later and was charged 19.99.  Can I please be credited the 19.99. Thank you.
