My primary income is self employment (NO T4'S), and have a T4 from some side income, how do I file correctly

You would enter your T4 under the "Income" tab - Tslip - T4, and under that same Income tab, you will have "Self-Employment", where you will enter all your income and expenses as a Self-Employed individual.
