    My SIN is not accepted. Is there a problem with it if it starts with 9?

    Unfortunately, the CRA excludes people with a SIN number that starts with 9 from their NETFILE service: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/...

    You'll have to print and mail your return.
