My wife received CERB. Her income is 19000, mine is 15000. Total of less than 35000. Turbotax said a repayment of 6000 for the CERB, because our income was over 38000?

I don't think it's "family income", I think if each individual received less than 38K (not including the cerb) then you don't have to pay it back.  That's my understanding from the CRA website.  But my turbotax software also shows I have to repay 1638.00 but my income was 27K + 18K cerb...so it appears to be calculating the repayment based on total income of 45K (includes cerb), but that's not what the cra web site says.
