hard drive crashed & I lost my 2023 Turbotax program & previous years' returns were not backed up.

Please send me link with new sign in, activation code and if possible, recovery of previous years' returns?

@mhum1020 Unfortunately, I can't find your purchase with the information that I have access to. Phone support can verify your identity and get other information from you.

 

When you can phone support, tell the computer you want to speak to an agent. You may have to repeat yourself. Then when it asks if you if you want a text message, say no. It should then start asking you for your phone number and other info needed to transfer you to an agent.
