The checkout is asking me to pay for a service I didn't use and I cannot find how to go back and back and unselect it...please help need to file asap

It looks like you have theTurboTax Live Assist & Review, which starts as free and then you pay once you file. 

Unfortunately, you cannot change the type of a return that has already been started. However, you are able to start a new return on your account instead. This will allow you to pick the product type of the new return that you are looking for. To do this follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Tools menu option at the top right of the screen.
3. Click on the Return Manager option under Tools.
4. Click the Create a New Return button at the bottom of the popped up window.
5. You should be presented with a product selector at this point.
