TurboTax download iOS and Windows

I just downloaded the Premier software to my Windows laptop to do 2 tax returns.
My daughter would like to do their taxes on Apple laptops using my software license.  She is able to download onto her Apple laptop, but it does not open.

My understanding was that the software could be used for 12 returns on 3 different computers.  I didn't see anything in my purchase indicating that the download was only useable on Windows.  Will the software download and function to both Windows and iOS systems?

TurboTax CD/Download is for Windows 10 & 11 computers only. We offer TurboTax Online for Mac computers, and an app for iOS (which uses the same account as TurboTax Online).
