What does 24/7 access mean?? Can I not access the return any time??

They want to charge me for 24/7 access.  What does that mean?

We need more information about your question. Your return is available all the time 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. There is no extra charge for the amount of time you use our software.

With the free tax prep. is there a charge to print or e-file the return?? You are asking for money for the 24/7 access.  Why is that??  What is not free?
