If you are looking at how to change your TurboTax Online password click here. We are sorry can you advise who is suppose to call you back? If it is someone from our customer service team, you will need to answer the call as they won't be able to text you.

The video you sent was for someone who forgot their password. I didn't forget my password. Where in my settings do I click 'change password' - that is all I'm asking.
