Received executors fees from working for 3 years on my brothers estate......now wondering where do I report this taxable income and who should have issued me a T4????

A T4 is only required if the fees are greater than $500 or if income tax is withheld on the amount. As an executor, you would prepare a T4 for yourself on behalf of the estate (who is your ‘employer’). If you need more info on how to prepare a T4 slips, you can contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
