Refiling 2017 with T2091(IND)

I failed to complete the Declaration on change of use in 2018, how can i file it now?

You can make the adjustment using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.
