several attempts fail to fill in T4 info from CRA using auto fill

auto fill simply results in 0 entries under T4, how to resolve please!

Is the t4 slip showing up properly in your CRA MyAccount?

Yes it did. Actually when I tried again after several hours, it could see the info imported and auto filled. Thanks!
