Should line 201 on my T4A slip be entered somewhere?

The number is regarding taxable income.

Yes you will enter box 201 in your T4A. By scrolling down in the form, you will see the box under the COVID Related Benefits. The amount is not income, it is "the amount of federal, provincial or territorial COVID-19 financial assistance payments that were repaid in the year in respect of an overpayment of federal, provincial or territorial COVID-19 financial assistance payments received in a prior year" as per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). When you enter this box 201 in your T4A it will be deducted on line 232 under Other Deductions on your return. You can view this by viewing the Detailed Tax Summary as seen in the image below.
